1 package lemon Jello 1 cup crushed pineapple
2 cups hot water 1 cup grated carrots
Juice of 1 lemon % cup chopped nuts

into wet mold, add sliced olives and put aside to congeal. Mix cheese,

fruit and crisp lettuce leaves. Serve with mayonnaise. Serves 12.

4 hard-boiled eggs 2 cups sweet Chow Chow
