GERMAN POTATO SALAD
Potatoes, 6,

cucumber. Soak them separately in ice-water for half an
hour, then drain and dry on a soft cloth.
Arrange in overlapping slices on a bed of lettuce leaves,
and sprinkle with a French dressing.
