White Cake

Ingredients

• Two cups of sugar
• 2 cups of flour
• i cup of butter
• whites of 6 eggs
• I teaspoon of baking powder
• i lemon or i teaspoon of Sauer's extract

Method

   Cream butter and flour.

   Beat eggs until stiff and add sugar.

   Then mix all together and bake in a sheet.

   Ice with the following: 1 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 0.5 cup of water; boil until it ropes.

   Beat spoon by spoon into the beaten white of 1 egg.

   Flavor with vanilla and ice the cake.
