Sponge Oake. Two cups of granulated sugar, 2 cups of flour, 4 eggs, 2-3 cup of boiling water, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vanilla. Bake in a greased mold. Cocoanut Cake. Four eggs, 2 coffee cups of sugar, % cup of butter, 1 cup of sweet milk, 3^ cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder. Bake in jelly tins.
