Waffles

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 cups sour milk
• 4 tbsp. melted butter
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1 egg

Method

   Mix and sift dry ingredients.

   Add milk gradually, egg well beaten, and butter.

   Put one tablespoon of batter in each section of iron and bake until brown.

   In using electric iron, never grease it.
