Vegetable Marrow, Stuffed

Ingredients

• 1 large Vegetable Marrow
• 2 large Onio'iie
• 1 teaspoonfiil of Sage
• a breakfastciipful soaked Oread
• 1 oz. of Butter
• 1 lilgg
• Pepper oud Salt to taste

Method

   Trim marrow, cut in halves lengthwise, remove seeds.

   Parboil onions and chop finely.

3. 3

   Mix with bread, sage, butter, pepper, and salt.

   Fill marrow with mixture, put halves together, brush with butter, and bake for 1 hour.
