Ingredients

• Into a saucepan put i cupful of chopped veal
• a cup of hot water
• a piece of butter the size of a walnut
• }4 teaspoonful of salt
• a pinch of pepper

Method

   Put veal, hot water, butter, salt, and pepper into a saucepan.
