Turkey Dressing

Ingredients

• Take first joint of wings
• When nearly done add 5 or 6 potatoes
• a good sized piece of butter

Method

1. 1

   Boil the first joint of wings, part of neck, the heart, liver, and gizzard until soft.

   When nearly done, add the potatoes.

3. 3

   When all are boiled, remove bones, chop, and season with pepper and a good sized piece of butter.

   Soak nearly a small loaf of bread in the water in which the meat and potatoes were boiled; add to the dressing.
