Tomatoes and Rice

Ingredients

• a teacupful of rice
• one ounce of butter
• half a tin of tomatoes
• one onion
• salt and pepper to taste

Method

   Cook rice, mix with butter, tomatoes, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.

   Stir over heat for 10 minutes, pour into a greased pie-dish, cover with breadcrumbs, and brown in the oven.
