Tomato Soup

Ingredients

• 1 pt. strained tomato juice
• 1 pt. water in which peas and pea pods have been cooked
• 1 tbsp. onion
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 3 tbsp. flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• }/8 tsp. paprika

Method

   Brown the onion in the butter, add the flour, salt, pepper, and stir the tomato juice in slowly.

   Strain into the pea liquid, heat, and serve.
