Tomato Salad

Ingredients

• One pound of Tomatoes
• A slice of Onion
• A teaspoonful of made Mustard
• Pepper
• A dessertspoonful of French Vinegar
• Three tablespoonfuls of Salad Oil

Method

1. 1

   Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, peel, and slice.

   Mince onion and place in salad bowl.

3. 3

   Layer sliced tomatoes over onion.

   Mix mustard, vinegar, and pour over tomatoes.

   Add oil and mix well.
