Tomato and Macaroni

Ingredients

• Boil one pint of tomatoes
• teaspoonful salt
• pinch of pepper
• make a cream of three ounces butter
• three tablespoonfuls flour
• one cup of water
• one-half package of macaroni

Method

   Strain the tomatoes, make a cream of butter, flour, and water, add to tomatoes, and pour over boiled macaroni.

   Bake until brown.
