Tomato and Celery Salad

Ingredients

• 6 tomatoes
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 cups celery, diced
• Lettuce leaves

Method

   Select firm tomatoes, cut a slice from the top of each, and scoop out seeds and soft pulp.

   Cut celery into small dice, mix with mayonnaise dressing, fill the shells with the mixture, place a teaspoon of dressing on top of each tomato, and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
