Tea Biscuit, Raised. 1 pint milk 2 eggs 3 or more pints flour y^ cup yeast 2 heaping tablespoons i teaspoon sugar butter I teaspoon salt Scald the milk, add butter, salt and sugar, when cool enough add the yeast and flour enough for sponge, beat light for six minutes. Let rise over night. Then beat eggs well, and add sufiicient flour for a soft dough. Roll out about one-half inch thick, cut into biscuits, let rise and bake in quick oven.
