SURPRISE BALLS From cold mashed potatoes make slig'htlj" flattened balls ; with a tea- spoon press a hollow in the top. Chop fine some cold, lean meat, season it with salt and pepper and gravy and put one teaspoon of the meat into the hollow of the potato ball. Put a little melted butter on top and brown in oven.
