Stewed Beef

Ingredients

• 3 lbs. breast of beef
• Soup herbs

Method

   Remove bones and boil them in 7.5 pints of water for an hour.

   Add soup herbs and the well-beaten meat, rolled and tied.

   Simmer for 3 hours, ensuring the broth just covers the meat.

   Use the broth for any preferred sauce.
