Steak Stewed with Tomatoes

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. steak
• 1 Spanish onion
• 1 lb. tomatoes
• Salt and pepper

Method

   Cut tomatoes and onion in slices, put in a stew-pan, add salt and pepper.

   Add steak and cook until tender.

   Rub tomatoes and onions through a sieve, return steak to saucepan, pour sauce over it, reheat, and serve.
