Steak and Bean Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 small tin baked beans
• & Ib. stewing steak
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 dessertspoon flour
• 13 teacups water, or stock
• seasoning

Method

   Cut up and roll meat in seasoned flour.

   Cut up vegetables.

   Place in pan, add water or stock and bring to boil, then add vegetables.

   Simmer for 1.5 hours.

   Add beans, cook for 5 minutes, then serve.
