Sponge Cake Pudding

Ingredients

• ^ cup sugar
• }4 cup flour
• }4 cup butter
• 1 pint milk
• yolks and whites of 5 eggs

Method

   Mix sugar and flour, wet with cold milk, stir into boiling milk.

   Cook until thick and smooth, add butter, then stir into beaten yolks.

   Add beaten egg whites.

   Bake in cups in hot water.
