Spinach with Eggs

Ingredients

• half a tablespoonful of flour
• an ounce of butter
• the yolks of two eggs
• a gill of milk
• a little salt
• pepper

Method

1. 1

   Mix spinach with good stock, add flour, salt, pepper, and butter; boil until thick.

   Add yolks of eggs and milk, mix well.

3. 3

   Just before serving, add whipped egg whites and bake until cooked.

   Strew hard-boiled egg over the top.
