Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/2 cups hot water
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 cup shrimps

Method

   Melt butter; add flour.

   When well blended, add hot water, cook for thirty minutes; add seasonings and pour onto the slightly beaten yolks of eggs; add shrimps broken in pieces and serve.
