Shrimp Bisque Va lb. cooked shrimp 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. chopped onion '/4 tsp. poprika 2 tbsp. chopped celery Dash pepper Va cup butter or other fat, melted 1 qt. mitk 2 tbsp. flour Porsley Grind shrimp. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk graduallj^ and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add shrimp, heat. Garnish with chop- ped parsley
