Savory Sweet Peppers

Ingredients

• 1 C. fine, soft crumbs
• 1 onion, grated
• 2 Tb. butter
• 1 C. finely cut cheese
• 1/2 T. salt
• 1/4 T. pepper (paprika preferred)

Method

   Stuff 6 sweet peppers with the mixture of crumbs, onion, butter, and cheese.

   Cook peppers in hot water for 10 minutes, then fry or bake for 10 minutes.

   Serve with tomato sauce.
