Ingredients

• two eggs hard
• a teaspoonful of anchovy sauce
• a small piece of butter
• pepper
• salt
• two slices of thin bread and butter
• finely chopped lettuce

Method

   Boil eggs, remove yolks and mix with anchovy sauce, butter, pepper, and salt.

   Chop egg whites, spread yolk mixture between bread slices, sprinkle with egg whites and lettuce, and cut into sandwiches.
