Salmon Steak. Potatoes. Stewed Tomatoes. Cold Slaw. Bread and Butter. Apple and Mince Pie. 5upper— Baked Beans. Boston Brown Bread. Fruit. Cake. Tea. Salmon Steak. — It is delicious cooked in this way. Boil in salted water for 25 minutes, putting the fish in when the water is hot. While it is boiling, mix i tablespoonful butter and i table- spoonful flour together, pour boiling water over it, beat it until light, and turn it over the fish when it is on the platter ready for the table.
