Salmon Bisque. Pick the contents of 1 can salmon into small flakes and place in saucepan with 1 slice of onion and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil and allow water to simmer for 15 min., then remove onion. Heat 2 cups of milk almost to boiling point and thicken milk with 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons flour mixed together, adding 1 teaspoon salt and y teaspoon pepper
