Salmon Aspic

Ingredients

• pt. Chivers’ Aspic Jelly
• Small piece of cucumber
• salmon
• breadcrumbs
• seasoning
• vinegar

Method

1. 1

   Make up aspic as directed on packet and set half of it in a flat dish.

2. 2

   Mix salmon with breadcrumbs, seasoning, and vinegar, and spread thickly on the layer of jelly.

3. 3

   When the remaining aspic is nearly cold, pour on to the salmon.

4. 4

   When cold, cut into fancy shapes and serve with thin slices of cucumber.
