Russian Salad

Ingredients

• a cup of mayonnaise dressing
• 2 tbsps. of pimento pulp
• 1 tbsp. minced green pepper
• 1/2 cup of chilli or Oscar sauce

Method

   Add to a cup of mayonnaise dressing pimento pulp, minced green pepper, and chilli or Oscar sauce.

   Carry in a glass jar and serve on lettuce hearts, celery dice, or shaved cabbage packed in another jar or tin box.
