Ingredients

• one quart of any red fruit juice
• 2 quarts of water
• 1 2 oz. of sago
• some sugar

Method

   Put red fruit juice into a stewpan with water.

   Add sago and sugar, stirring slowly until the sago becomes transparent.

   Rinse a mold in cold water, pour in the mixture, and let it cool.

   Serve cold with vanille sauce or cream.
