Rice Salad

Ingredients

• To 2 cupfuls of cold boiled rice
• i cupful of finely diced deep red beets
• i cupful of chopped or cut celery
• combine with a French dressing

Method

   Do not mix the rice, beets, and celery until just before serving.

   Combine with French dressing and serve in cups made of blanched lettuce leaves.
