Rice or Macaroni Stuffing for Peppers

Ingredients

• one cup rice or macaroni
• one fourth cup onion
• two tablespoons red pepper
• two tablespoons melted butter
• four tablespoons finely chopped mushrooms
• salt
• pepper

Method

   Cook rice or macaroni in chicken stock until tender; add onion, red pepper, melted butter, and mushrooms.
