Rice and Meat Croquettes

Ingredients

• 1 cup boiled rice
• 1 cup finely chopped cooked meat
• 1 teaspoon salt
• % cup milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 egg
• pepper

Method

   Put milk on to boil, add meat, rice, and seasoning.

   When boiling, add beaten egg and stir for one minute.

   After cooling, shape, dip in egg and crumbs, and fry in deep fat.
