Raw Beef Balls or Steaks

Ingredients

• 1 lb. lean juicy beef
• I Cream or beef-tea
• A pinch of salt
• A little butter

Method

   Prepare the beef by shredding and removing stringy parts.

   Rub through a sieve, season lightly with salt, and add a few drops of cream or beef-tea.

   Form into small balls and fry in a hot, greased pan until the outside loses its red color, keeping the inside raw.
