Raised Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

• When bread sponge is ready to mould into loaves take about 1 qt
• a generous 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• highly flavored with cinnamon

Method

   Roll out the bread sponge about 1/2 inch thick, spread with a mixture of butter and brown sugar creamed together with cinnamon.

   Roll up, pinch edges, cut into slices about 1/2 or 1/4 inch thick, set in a warm place to rise, and bake when light.
