Raised Buckwheat Griddlecakes II

Ingredients

• 1 pt lukewarm water
• 1/2 lb buckwheat flour
• a pinch salt
• 2 ozs yeast
• 1 cup liquid yeast
• 1 teasp soda
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tablesp molasses
• One or 2 eggs added to this batter

Method

   Stir buckwheat flour, salt, and yeast into lukewarm water.

   Let sit overnight.

   In the morning, add soda, flour, and molasses.

   Optionally add eggs.

   Bake on a hot griddle.
