PUMPKIN PIE Put a pint of milk in a double boiler, add one pint of grated pumpkin; stir and cook for twenty minutes. Add one tablespoonful of flour, moistened in a little cold milk, and a half teaspoonful of salt; cook ten minutes longer. Take from the fire and when ready to use add another half pint of milk and four eggs beaten without separating with one cupful of sugar; add a tablespoonful of brandy and a teaspoonful of cinnamon
