Potato Scones

Ingredients

• 16 units mashed potatoes
• 1 of butter
• 1 of yolk of egg
• 8 units flour
• a little milk

Method

   Mix mashed potatoes with butter, yolk, and salt.

   Add flour and milk as needed.

   Roll out thin, cut into rounds, and toast or bake on a tawa.

   Serve stacked and divided with a sharp knife.
