Potato Salad (German Style)

Ingredients

• Six large potatoes
• one large Spanish or Bermuda onion
• four thin slices lean bacon
• one tablespoon pure olive oil

Method

   Boil potatoes with skins on, then cut into dice when cold.

   Fry bacon, mix with onion and olive oil, and combine with potatoes.

   Serve with a good cream dressing.
