Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

• 3 Med. size raw Potatoes
• 2 Eggs
• 1 small Onion, chopped
• 1 tsp. White Pepper
• 1 tsp. Oil
• 1 tsp. chopped Parsley
• 1 tsp. Salt

Method

   Grate potatoes; then add all other ingredients.

   Stir well.

   Drop by spoonful into hot grease in frying pan.

   Brown on both sides and serve.
