Potato Cake

Ingredients

• 2/3 C. Butter
• 2 C. Sugar
• 4 Ege Yolks
• 1 C. Hot Mashed Potatoes
• 2 Sq. chocolate or Wii tee of Cocoa
• 4 Eggs
• 4, Milk
• 2 C. Flour
• 3h tep. Baking Powder
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon
• A tsp. Nutmeg
• 4 tsp. Ground Cloves
• 1 C. chopped Walnuts

Method

1. 1

   Cream together butter and 1 C. sugar.

   Beat yolks of 4 eggs with remaining sugar, then blend both mixtures thoroughly.

   Add potatoes, melted chocolate, and alternately milk with flour sifted with baking powder and spices.

   Last, add whipped egg whites and walnuts.

   Bake in layer or loaf.
