Potato and Celery Soup

Ingredients

• 3 potatoes
• 1 pt hot milk
• 1 stalk celery
• 1 teasp chopped onions
• half tablesp flour
• 1 tablesp butter
• salt to taste

Method

   Boil potatoes until soft, mash, then add hot milk, celery, onions, and flour blended with butter.
