Ingredients

• Select large oysters
• a thin slice of middling
• pepper
• salt
• melted butter in a pan

Method

1. 1

   Select large oysters and roll each one in a thin slice of middling, skewer with wooden toothpick.

   Have some melted butter in a pan, place in the oysters carefully; add pepper and salt; let them remain until edges curl.

   Serve on a hot dish.
