Peas, Stewed

Ingredients

• 24 units of peas
• 1 unit butter
• a large cabbage lettuce shredded small
• 2 whole green onions
• 1/2 unit of sugar

Method

   Put peas in a stewpan with butter, fill up with water, rub butter into peas, pour off water, add shredded lettuce, green onions, parsley, salt, and sugar.

   Stew with lid on for half an hour, reduce if too much liquor, remove parsley and onions, and add glaze and flour to thicken.
