Pear Mould

Ingredients

• 1 packet Green's Sweetened Custard
• 1 pint Milk
• 1 packet Green's ‘ Newstyle’’ Jelly, Orange Flavour
• 1 small Tin of Pears
• a little Whipped Cream if desired

Method

   Make the Custard as per directions.

   Dissolve the Jelly in hot water to make 1 pint.

3. 3

   When the Custard and Jelly have cooled, add the Custard gradually to the Jelly, stirring well.

   Pour into a rinsed mould and leave to set.

   Turn out into a glass dish, arrange the Pears around, and pour the Syrup over.

   If using Cream, pile it on top.
