Peach Tapioca

Ingredients

• 1 cupful of fine tapioca
• 1 pint of boiling water
• 1/4 of a cupful of sugar
• 1 pint of finely cut peaches

Method

   Soak tapioca, cook in boiling water until clear.

   Add sugar and peaches, cook until tender, then turn into a glass dish and serve cold with cream.

Peach Tapioca. Wash I cupful of fine tapioca, cover with cold water and let soak for one hour, drain- ing off any water which is not absorbed. Turn into a double boiler, add i pint of boil- ing water and cook until clear. Add ^ of a cupful of sugar and i pint of finely cut peaches
