Peach Royal

Ingredients

• 1 small tin Peaches
• 1 pt. pkt. Chivers’ Jelly Cream (Lemon)
• 3%, pt milk

Method

   Make up the jelly cream, using only 0.5 pint milk.

   When cool add 0.5 pint of peach syrup.

   Take half the peaches and rub through a sieve.

4. 4

   Mix the pulp with the cream and set in a ring mould.

5. 5

   When set, turn out and pile remaining peaches in the centre.

   Pour the syrup over the mould.
