Parsley Potatoes. Peel some potatoes in the shape and size of a large nut. Either steam or boil them. When cooked, well drain and put them in a saucepan with a good- sized piece of butter. Roll the potatoes in the butter, then sprinkle them over with some well-washed and finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper, and then a little lemon juice
