Pancakes

Ingredients

• one quart of sour milk
• enough flour to make a rather thick batter
• two well beaten eggs
• one tablespoonful of warm water
• half a teaspoonful of soda
• salt

   Let the batter stand overnight.

   In the morning, add eggs, salt, and soda dissolved in warm water.

   Bake immediately.
