OYSTER PIE Make Snowdrift Paste, and when very cold roll it out and cut two strips from the side, two inches wide. Cross these on the bottom of the pie dish; that is, do not line the bottom of the dish solidly. Turn in the dish twenty-five fat oysters that have been drained; sprinkle over a teaspoonful of salt, add a dash of Tabasco Sauce and put over the top a table- spoonful of Snowdrift
