Open Face Apple Pie One lower crust: Over it springle 2 tbsp. flour, 1 tea- spoon salt, 4 tbsp. sugar. Then fill crust with sliced apples. Over top sprinkle ^2 cup sugar and 1/a teaspoon nutmeg. Make a custard of : 1 egg, 1 tbsp flour, r/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar
